All Advanced 1 Day Courses start 9.45am and finish at 5.00pm

15 min break in morning - Lunch 1 hr - you can bring your own lunch - we can provide lunch - or you can try one of the many restaurants or cafes in the Village of East Kilbride.

Advanced Massage or Facial Courses: prerequisite is Level 3 Massage or Level 2 Beauty Facial Unit

Please Remember: to send or hand in copies of your qualifications before the course, we cannot accept you onto the advanced courses without first checking these before your course date.

Further Information

All course manuals are included in the price of the course – you will be given your manual on the day of your course.
You can purchase kits and you will be given them on the day of the course.
You may prefer to source your own - we always try to keep kit cost at a competitive rate.
Times listed are approximate times, we may finish slightly later than stated.
On the day of your course, please call on the following mobile number: 07412010515 if you are running even a little late.
If you arrive more than 30 minutes late you will not be permitted to join the class and your course fee including the deposit will be lost.
If you cancel your place the cost of your course that you have paid is non-transferable and non-refundable unless under special medical circumstances and with Doctors letter. We will then provide a voucher or transfer fee to new course date.
We need to be informed if you have ANY health issues or are under treatment from your GP or another medical practitioner.

Terms & Conditions

It is important that you read these Terms and Conditions before making any booking with us. Once a booking has been made and accepted by us, you will enter into a legally binding contract with us on the terms below.

A 50% (completely non-refundable) deposit must be paid to secure all bookings.

The outstanding balance must be paid in full 2 weeks prior to your booked date, failure to do so may result in your booking being cancelled without further notice.

We provide face to face training courses - in the event that you cancel your training course there are strictly no refunds. If you wish to rebook then the full training cost will apply.

If you cancel under special medical circumstances with proof of a doctors letter and written notice in advance, we will refund your booking fee with a voucher or book you on another date.

We reserve the right to cancel training at any time and rebook and transfer your deposit or fee paid to a different date.

During the Course you must, at all times:

(1) act and behave appropriately, antisocial behaviour towards either our trainer or other students will not be tolerated.

(2) dress appropriately in smart, comfortable clothing. Tunics may be worn or alternatively black trousers and a black t-shirt may be worn.

(3) ensure that your hair is tied away from your face.

You will need to work on other students and you understand and confirm that other students will need to work on you. If you cannot be worked on by other students, Please contact us by telephone to look at other alternatives.

For health and safety reasons, children are not permitted at the training venue.

Mobile phones must remain switched off throughout.

We operate a non-smoking policy and smoking is not permitted in the Self-Care Studio training venue.

If you have lost your certificate and require a replacement, please be aware that we charge an admin fee of £10 for processing and sending a new certificate.

All design, text, content and other intellectual property contained in any of the Course manuals are, unless otherwise stated, the intellectual property of 'Holistic Training with Jodie' for her sole use. The use of any of them other than for personal study for the particular Course/Courses which you have booked is not permitted. Any reproduction, modification, or other unlawful use of our intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action being taken against you.

Our Course fees appear on our website and are confirmed in your booking confirmation form.

Course certificates will not be produced whilst any fees are due and outstanding.

You should not bring ANY personal items into the course venue. We cannot accept responsibility for any valuables or possessions which go missing or are damaged.

We waive any rights to recourse for kits supplied we are not the manufacturer of these kits so if any product is not to the correct standard we recommend you contact the supplier directly.
